What Am I Allowed to Pack For My Flight?

Packing properly will help with the screening process and prevent an unnecessary headache at the airport. Make sure you know what you can pack in your carry-on and checked baggage before you arrive at the airport. It is important to note that carrying prohibited items can cause delays, depending on the prohibited item you could even face large penalties and possibly imprisonment. The following is a list of common items that you can pack.

Allowed Items 
Clothing: Carry On & Checked Bags
Shoes: Carry On & Checked Bags
Inhalers or Liquid Medications: TSA allows larger amounts of medically necessary liquids, gels, and aerosols in reasonable quantities for your trip, but you must declare them to TSA officers at the checkpoint for inspection.
Liquids Less than 3.4oz such as water, Shampoo, Hair Gel, perfume: Carry On & Checked Bag (Anything 3.4oz and over will have to be packed in your check bag)
Hairspray: Carry On less than 3.4oz. Toiletry-type aerosols in checked baggage must not exceed 70 oz. (68 fl. oz) total and each container must be 18 oz. (16 fl. oz.) or less.
Drones: Drones are allowed through the checkpoint. You must check with the Airline to make sure.
Blood Sugar Test Kit: Carry On & Checked Bags
Electronic Cigarettes and Vaping Devices: Carry On Bags Only. The FAA prohibits these devices in checked bags.
Cell Phone: Carry On & Checked Bags
Books: Carry On & Checked Bags
Lipstick: Carry On & Checked Bags
Chapstick: Carry On & Checked Bags
Baby Wipes: Carry On & Checked Bags
Blankets: Carry On & Checked Bags
Binoculars: Carry On & Checked Bags
