You can only cancel a booking if the cancellation policy for the particular booking allows for it. Most hotel rooms and rental cars are refundable. Most Airlines will not allow you to cancel a flight. You can cancel your booking by navigating to your itinerary, from there you will see a cancel button located at the bottom of your itinerary. You will then want to click the cancel button. After you have clicked the cancel button a pop will display asking you for the last four of the card you booked with, you will then want to type the last four of the card you booked with and then click cancel booking, If your booking was successfully canceled you will see a message that says this booking was canceled. Cancel a Hotel Booking?
You can only cancel a hotel booking if the cancellation policy for the particular room you booked allows for it. Before you book a room, we clearly display the cancellation policy for the particular room you chose to book. If a cancellation is permitted for the particular room that you booked, you will have the ability to cancel the booked room by logging into your Cheaper Bookings Account. Once you are logged in you will see a view button under the booking history tab in your Cheaper bookings Account. To cancel the booked room, you will want to click the View button to view your itinerary, you then will be redirected to your itinerary. Once you are on the itinerary page, you will see a cancel button located at the bottom of the page (It is important to note that the cancel button is only displayed if the particular room you booked is refundable assuming the cancellation deadline has not expired). You will then want to click the cancel button. After you have clicked the cancel button a pop will display asking you for the last four of the card you booked with, you will then want to type the last four of the card you booked with and then click cancel booking. If your booking was successfully canceled, you will see canceled next to your booking under status on the booking history page.
