Where can I find the Refund Policy for a room I plan on booking.
Rooms are usually refundable, but some rooms are non-refundable, we encourage that you read the refund policy for the particular room you plan on booking. The refund policy for each room is displayed on the hotel details page directly under choose your room under the options heading. To view the cancellation policy for the room you plan on booking, click the cancellation policy Icon. Alternatively, the refund policy is also on the checkout page or if you already booked you could find the refund policy on your itinerary. If you notice the room you plan on booking is non-refundable and think there may be a possibility that you will have to cancel your booking, then we advise that you add cancellation protection. You will have the option to add cancellation protection on checkout. Cancellation protection typically reimburses up to 100% if you must cancel plans due to reasons like covered illness, injury, job layoff and more. We advise that you read the cancellation protection policy by clicking the question icon next to the insurance plan, before adding cancellation protection.
Where can I find the Refund Policy for a Flight I plan on booking.
The refund policy for your flight will be listed on the checkout page under the Refund Policy section. Please note: most flights are non-refundable. If you think there may be a possibility that you will have to cancel your flight. Please make sure to book a refundable flight. If for some reason you are having trouble finding a refundable flight, then we encourage you to add insurance, you will have the option to add insurance on checkout. You may add cancellation protection by checking the checkbox next to Add Cancellation Protection. Cancellation Protection typically reimburses up to 100% for covered trip cancellation and trip interruption for a covered reason. We advise that you read the cancellation protection policy by clicking the question icon next to the insurance plan before you choose to add cancellation protection. If you already booked, you could view the refund policy for your flight on your itinerary.
